Emerald Bay C115 is a comfortable and modern, fully furnished apartment situated in Strand. It is located on the first floor, overlooking False Bay, Cape Point, and Gordon's Bay. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath and shower, a spacious lounge area with a TV (guests are welcome to bring their own DVD player), as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A starter pack for electricity is provided.

The balcony offers guests beautiful sea views, and the apartment also overlooks the communal garden and pool area. There are several communal braai facilities in the garden available to all guests. Due to the commitment to providing a quiet stay, it is only possible to book a longer stay at Greenways and Emerald Bay.

Strand lies at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, between Macassar and Gordon's Bay, and is just a 40-minute drive from Cape Town. Strand's beachfront is 5 km of white sand, which is a water sports magnet and among the safest swimming beaches in the country. The beaches in Strand are warm, sheltered, and lie on the edge of a promenade that includes a few coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is also a large entertainment area with putt-putt, a water slide, a heated Olympic-size swimming pool, and a tidal pool, which should keep families amused.

The apartment itself is comfortably furnished and has a beautiful sea view. It has two bedrooms, with the main bedroom having a queen-size bed and the second bedroom having two single beds. It also has a separate bathroom with a shower and a bath.
