Erika

Erika is a comfortable home located approximately 500 meters from the main beach in Struisbaai. It is situated around 200 meters from shops, churches, and restaurants, within walking distance from all amenities and the town's quaint harbor.

The house comprises a very large lounge, dining, and entertainment area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. The lounge and both bedrooms offer beautiful sea views. The house is built on a slope, with the main entrance on the ground level on one side, and the sea-facing part on a double-story level with a balcony.

The large garden is protected from the elements by Milkwood trees and natural fynbos, featuring two lovely braai areas. The main bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower, while the second bedroom has a double bed and access to a separate bathroom with a separate toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The exceptionally large lounge and dining room area is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, or for enjoying the sea views. During the winter months, guests can enjoy a cozy fire in the evenings or on rainy days. The large fynbos garden, protected by indigenous Milkwood trees, invites various birds as well as occasional tortoises or buck.

Erika is a self-catering unit, with coffee and tea provided. Breakfasts can also be arranged upon request. Additionally, a service is offered to stock basic groceries for self-catering at a cost payable upon arrival, with a list of grocery options sent to guests upon request of booking. Wellness therapy by a trained counselor, using various art mediums, is available upon request.
