The air-conditioned living space comprises a kitchen and lounge that lead to a semi-covered balcony equipped with a gas braai, outdoor dining, and patio furniture. Guests can enjoy their meals on the verandah while taking in the stunning coastal views and the soothing sound of crashing waves. They can also relax on the verandah and observe the numerous ships waiting to enter Durban harbor.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and amenities found in a well-established home, such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge, and other essentials.
