The apartment can accommodate six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, while the second bathroom features a bath with a hand shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, mini oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

The living area includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DStv and uncapped Wi-Fi. Sliding doors from the lounge lead to a large undercover patio with a comfortable lounge area and an 8-seater dining table. The unit also has a Weber grill that can be used in the garden or at the estate's pool.

The apartment is designed to be child-friendly, with abundant birdlife visiting the bird feeders set up in the vegetation adjoining the patio. There are no stairs to access the apartment, and the garage is part of the main building with an additional parking space. Domestic help is available upon request.
