Eyeview

Eyeview provides accommodation on Farm Olievenfontein, located approximately 12 kilometers from Koster. The property offers four types of accommodation suitable for families and hiking groups seeking a tranquil setting in the bush. It comprises three self-catering units situated 70 meters apart, ensuring a degree of privacy. These units are well-equipped for self-catering purposes, featuring gas cookers and braai facilities. Warm water is supplied through a donkey system, and guests are required to bring their own towels.

Additionally, Eyeview has a hikers' camp called Dapperstapper, which consists of five Wendy cabins capable of accommodating 17 adults and three children. Guests staying at the hikers' camp are expected to bring their own bedding, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, and towels. The camp offers solar lighting and shared kitchen and ablution facilities, with warm water provided through a donkey system operated by the campers. The owners supply wood for the donkey system.

The property features a communal splash pool, game viewing opportunities, hiking trails, mountain biking facilities, and a boma area with braai facilities and a kitchen available for guest use. One of the cozy units has a bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch. The private bathroom includes a shower, wash basin, and toilet. Guests will need to bring extra warm blankets and bath towels. The unit is equipped with a cozy kitchen featuring a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer combination, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Braai facilities are available, and a patio offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. Solar electricity is provided for lighting purposes.
