Fagans

A newly constructed self-catering accommodation, comprised of a ground-floor flat, is situated in Struisbaai. The flat is one of three self-catering units located within the same building, yet it maintains complete privacy with its own separate entrance. It is located in a spacious fynbos garden and is conveniently located within 500 meters from a swimming beach and 200 meters from shops and restaurants, allowing for easy accessibility on foot.

The two-bedroom flat can accommodate up to four guests. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living room area. The bathroom features a shower, an old-fashioned and restored cast iron bath, a wash basin, and a toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering purposes, including a two-plate stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

The cozy living room area is furnished with a TV, and the flat also has its own patio and braai area. While there is a DStv connection available, guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card. Additionally, there is an extra braai area situated lower down in the garden, under the trees. The sound of the ocean can be clearly heard, especially at night, allowing guests to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea. The unit offers a limited sea view.

Together with Erika and Annies, two other self-catering units on the same premises, Fagans is well-suited for hosting weddings due to the large garden, entertainment area under the trees, and the spacious lounge in Erika. Fagans features a lovely old-fashioned restored bath, and the garden features charming nooks and crannies. The expansive garden in front of Fagans is suitable for various activities such as running and playing ball games.
