The upper level features a main bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, and a balcony overlooking the garden and lagoon. The second bedroom has three single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet.

Chintsa offers various activities such as bird watching, fishing, surfing, kayaking, canoeing, golf, bowls, tennis, and volleyball at the Chintsa Country Club.
