The complex features both one- and two-bedroom self-catering units, all equipped with air conditioning, full DStv bouquet, kitchen facilities, bathroom, and veranda. Each unit comes with a lock-up garage, and guests have access to the complex's swimming pool and barbecue facilities. During power outages (loadshedding), the property provides portable lights that charge when electricity is available, though there is no on-site generator.

The one-bedroom units can accommodate up to four guests (two adults and two small children using a sleeper couch), while the two-bedroom units can host up to six guests (four adults and two children, or two adults with children). The surrounding area offers numerous attractions, including pristine beaches, lake cruises featuring hippos and crocodiles, birdwatching opportunities, deep-sea fishing, and access to game reserves.
