Floreal House is a well-known Cape Town building that offers sweeping views of Table Mountain, the Harbour, and Table Bay. Built in the 1920s, the lodge features a stylish white exterior with attractive wooden-framed windows that provide panoramic views in all directions. The interiors are classic and unfussy, with polished pine floors and newly refurbished curtains and linens.

The establishment features nine well-appointed rooms, each equipped with spacious and classy tiled en-suite bathrooms, televisions, minibars, and all the facilities expected from a 4-star establishment. A full English breakfast is served every morning, offering an impressive array of fresh fruits, cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, and a range of cooked breakfasts. Light meals and dinners are also available upon request.

The property's colorful gardens are home to plentiful birds and squirrels, and the pool provides the perfect spot to relax on a sunbed with a large gin and tonic while enjoying views of the Mother City, Table Bay, Bloubergstrand, and the Hottentots-Hollands Mountains in the North. Each room is equipped with amenities such as a bar fridge, fan, hairdryer, heater, telephone, TV with MNET satellite channels, internet readiness, a non-smoking policy, safe, tea and coffee facilities, fully equipped bed linens and towels, microwave, oven, and freezer.
