Fountain Valley Nature Reserve

The Fountain Valley Nature Reserve is a luxury holiday accommodation situated on a game reserve in the Mpumalanga highlands area. It can accommodate up to 30 guests in six self-catering suites. Each suite features en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchens, ceiling fans for hot summer days, and heaters for cold winter nights. All suites are equipped with satellite DSTV and limited WiFi. Inter-leading suites are available for larger groups. The property is child-friendly and dog-friendly.

The reserve offers a communal braai and boma area near the suites, ideal for outdoor dining and socializing. Activities at the reserve include nature walks, game drives, bike trails, quad bike trails, archery, bow harvesting, fishing, trail running, birding, and 4x4 trails.

One of the suites is ideal for families, with direct access to the swimming pool and lapa area. The main bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bath and shower, while the spare rooms have two single beds that can be combined if needed. This unit has two bathrooms, and the living room opens onto the pool area, allowing parents to relax while their children play in the pool.

The suite accommodates up to six guests, with two bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed each and two bedrooms with two single beds each. It is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink, stove, silverware, dishware, cookware, and basic cooking utensils. Each refrigerator has ice trays. The suite also features a six-seater kitchenette, a luxury lounge, DSTV, a shower, a large bath, two bathrooms, roof fans in each room, and additional heaters for cozy winter nights. Human-friendly dogs are permitted, but smoking is not allowed in the suites. A minimum of two nights must be booked, and the quoted rate is for the entire suite, not per person staying.
