Franklin View

Franklin View is an upmarket guest house situated on the northern slopes of Naval Hill. It is the highest house on the northern slopes and features a magnificent view over the suburb of Waverley, with its beautiful trees of purple, orange and green during daytime and an ocean of flickering lights at night. The rustic atmosphere of yellow wood and leather in the spacious living area gives a warm feeling of comfort. Guests can enjoy a misty morning breakfast in the company of awakening birds. Each of the luxurious rooms, with its panoramic view, opens onto a balcony.

Franklin View is easily accessible from the N1 and is only five minutes away from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport. It offers the best view situated on the northern slopes of Naval Hill. The decor is rustic, with an emphasis on yellow wood and leather. A splash pool is available for guests' use. The Large Delux/Honeymoon room (54m2) is en-suite with a bath and shower, a queen size bed and sitting area. It also features a tea and coffee station, work station, air conditioning, an 82cm LCD TV with DSTV, a fridge and safe. This room can be used for private meetings, and it has a balcony with patio furniture.
