Franschhoek Country Cottages

Franschhoek Country Cottages provides self-catering accommodation in four private cottages. The cottages offer a romantic retreat ideal for couples visiting the picturesque area, located in a wildlife reserve just outside of central Franschhoek. The cottages are suitable for two people, but if guests have children (a maximum of two), mattresses can be placed on the floor for them.

Each cottage has one bedroom and an open-plan living area. The living room features comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace for cold winter nights. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary cutlery and crockery provided. Both the lounge and bedroom have wall-mounted heaters. The bedrooms also have overhead fans for warm summers. A private veranda offers guests a place to relax and enjoy the views overlooking a waterhole frequented by resident wildlife and birds.

Franschhoek itself is a picturesque town popular for its rich history and award-winning wine farms. The village has numerous cafes and restaurants where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and the peaceful surroundings. The village also has numerous arts and craft shops, as well as art galleries to explore.

Each cottage features a large bedroom with a king-sized bed or two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The lounge has a real fireplace for cold winter nights. Additionally, the cottages have wall heaters, fans, a private veranda with a BBQ (Braai) overlooking a watering hole, and a wildlife reserve.
