Franschhoek Prestige

Franschhoek Prestige is a luxury self-catering holiday home situated in La Petit Village, a secure and luxurious estate located in Franschhoek, which is in the heart of the Winelands region. The estate is in close proximity to the Wine Tram, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and galleries.

The holiday home features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning on the upper floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and luxury linens. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, and a double basin, while the second bedroom's en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and a basin. Both bathrooms are outfitted with underfloor heating, heated towel rails, and hair dryers.

On the lower floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area that leads to a picnic area outside. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils, a Nespresso machine, NutriBullet, and basic spices. The living area features a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a study corner for those who need to work.

The walk-in porch has a dining table and chairs, a built-in braai, and large stacking doors that open to a beautiful garden. Secure parking is available within the complex, and the house is equipped with an alarm system.
