The unspoilt surroundings include the Vermont Salt Pan, a flamingo breeding ground teeming with bird life, as well as the nearby Walker Bay Nature Reserve. Guests can take a short stroll down to the beach or embark on the gorgeous Vermont Trail, stretching from neighbouring Onrus to the sand dunes of Brekvis Bay's undisturbed beaches, with the majestic Onrust Mountain as a backdrop.
