Garden Route Game Lodge is a prestigious private game reserve situated in Albertinia, Western Cape, South Africa. Located 3.5 hours from Cape Town, this malaria-free sanctuary is positioned against the striking Langeberg mountain range and serves as a gateway to South Africa's renowned Garden Route Coast.

The property features 42 accommodation units, including 8 Sunset Ridge Luxury Suites, 16 Lodge Rooms, and 18 Private Chalets. The newest addition, Sunset Ridge Luxury Rooms, offers five free-standing units accessible by private golf cart, providing 180-degree views of the reserve and spectacular sunsets. These units, designed by local architect Sylvie Vantillard with input from Nicholas Plewman, blend Karoo and Game Reserve aesthetics using locally sourced materials.

The lodge offers diverse accommodation options, from luxury family suites with plunge pools to deluxe chalets. All units feature modern amenities including en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and private viewing areas. Family-specific accommodations include additional bedding options and convenient access to facilities.

As a Big 5 reserve, the property is home to lion, white rhino, giraffe, elephant, buffalo, cheetah, and numerous antelope species. Visitors can experience wildlife through guided game drives in open Landrovers, offering intimate wildlife encounters and sundowner stops. The lodge's Serengeti's Restaurant provides authentic African dining experiences, while the Ayana Spa offers relaxation treatments.
