Gariepview

Gariepview is a guest house located on the owner's property near the Gariep Dam, offering overnight accommodation. It serves as a base for exploring the surrounding area's attractions and outdoor activities. The guest house is run by the owner.

Accommodation is provided in two suites, each capable of accommodating two to four adult guests. The upper suite can sleep four guests and features a large window with a 180-degree view of the dam. It features an extra-long king-size bed in one bedroom and a double sofa bed. The suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a dressing area, a kitchenette with basic utensils for meal preparation, and a balcony with a gas braai offering views of the area and the dam.

The mountain-facing suite accommodates two guests and has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is equipped with a kitchenette with basic utensils for meal preparation, as well as a private braai area.

Both suites are air-conditioned and have TVs for media playback. The guest house offers 24-hour security cameras and secure parking behind electronic gates on the property.

The upper suite is located on the top floor of the guest house and is accessed via an indoor staircase. It features one bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a double sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, a basin, and a toilet. The kitchenette area includes a refrigerator with a bottom freezer, a microwave, a gas stove, and an oven. The suite is equipped with air conditioning in the main bedroom, a TV, and a Premium package DStv subscription. The suite opens onto a balcony with a gas braai facility, overlooking the sailboat bay, Gariep dam wall, beautiful mountains, and offering stunning views of sunrises and full moons on the horizon.
