Gecko's Place

At the very end of Agate Terrace, there is a place called Gecko's Place, which is surrounded by virgin forests, unspoilt mountains, and beautiful beaches. It offers a lovely, renovated, and fully-equipped cottage that is perfect for self-catering couples. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a large bathroom, and a quaint kitchen. Guests also have access to a closed verandah.

For larger families, there is a comfortable three-bedroom unit with twin beds and a sleeper couch that can accommodate up to eight guests. The unit comprises a full bathroom with a shower and separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen and lounge area that opens onto a deck overlooking the tropical garden.

Gecko's Place also provides space for caravans and campsites, offering travelers a variety of affordable options. The campsites and caravan stands are equipped with electricity, and there is a comfortable ablution block available.

Gecko's Place serves as a safe base from where visitors can explore Pondoland and the Wild Coast. It is a wonderful, peaceful spot where one can simply relax and let the rest of the world continue on its way.
