Gem In The Bush Lodge

The Gem In The Bush Lodge is a luxurious sanctuary situated in Hoedspruit, Limpopo Province. The property is nestled within the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, a 200-hectare conservation area showcasing pristine Lowveld bush and offering encounters with Africa's iconic wildlife.

The lodge features four spacious suites, each equipped with luxurious en-suite bathrooms, private gardens, and outdoor lounge areas. The bathrooms are expertly appointed with walk-in showers, shower columns, outdoor showers, double vanities, and separate toilets. Two of the suites are distinguished by their standalone baths. Each bedroom is furnished with either king-size or twin beds, featuring Egyptian cotton linens and premium bedding for ultimate comfort.

The property boasts a swimming pool surrounded by Marula trees and a scenic rooftop area offering panoramic views of the estate's greenbelt and pool area. Its strategic location near the estate's Greenbelt allows guests to observe wildlife from the patio while enjoying refreshments. The positioning of the villa enables frequent wildlife sightings, with animals such as impalas, duikers, and zebras often visible from the bedroom windows.

The Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate encompasses over 600 hectares of preserved ecosystem, representing South Africa's Greenbelt. Various wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, kudus, and other species, roam freely throughout the estate. The Appelblaar suite offers guests the opportunity to observe passing wildlife, including warthogs and small antelopes, from its outdoor garden.

The lodge offers numerous activities for guests, including game drives in the Kruger National Park and private Big 5 reserves, horse riding sessions among the estate's wildlife, private massage services, visits to Swadini's landscapes and waterfall, boat cruises on Swadini dam, and scenic drives along the Panorama route.
