This exclusive golf and boating estate is popular among water enthusiasts and offers various water sports activities such as yachting, fishing, parasailing, power boating, and jet skiing.

Gem Vaal can accommodate up to eight guests and comprises four en-suite bedrooms, a lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inside braai room. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each contain twin single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with all necessary appliances. The large, comfortable lounge features a TV with DStv and a DVD player. Additionally, the house has a pool table and a Jacuzzi. Double garage parking is provided.
