Gu00eete is a type of holiday accommodation that typically refers to converted farmworkers' cottages or outbuildings located near the owner's main residence. The establishment known as Gu00eete offers luxury suites with contemporary furnishings in a picturesque farm setting, within walking distance of the town of Franschhoek and its culinary attractions. It is situated in the famous Franschhoek valley, approximately an hour's drive from Cape Town.

The name Gu00eete (French) was adopted by the owners after previously referring to a converted barn on their farm as "The Gu00eete" for years. When they started planning the construction of new barn-style suites, a family member suggested that Gu00eete would be the perfect name.

Franschhoek Valley is located between towering mountains in the picturesque Cape Winelands region. As the food and wine hub of the country, where fine wines are produced and top chefs create international cuisine, Franschhoek is a vibrant destination for locals and tourists alike. The area offers spectacular scenery, warm hospitality, world-class cuisine, and the finest wines, creating an unforgettable experience. The village features interesting crafts, art, antique shops, and galleries, as well as numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Located just 45 minutes from Cape Town, Franschhoek serves as an ideal base for exploring the entire Cape Winelands region.
