Glen House Self Catering Knysna Unit D is situated under Milkwood, Yellowwood, and Stinkwood trees in the peaceful village of Lake Brenton, Knysna, where Bushbuck and Guinea Fowl roam freely, and visitors can enjoy the bird-life at the Yellowwood Bird Sanctuary. The establishment has implemented a system to ensure that during load shedding, all lights, TV, and WiFi remain operational, allowing guests to enjoy their holiday without interruption.

The property is child-friendly and consists of four self-contained units. It is located within a brisk walking distance from the Knysna Lagoon and approximately 4km from the ocean, where a beautiful beach area can be found. There are four comfortable units available, each sleeping three or four people. Social distancing is facilitated as each flatlet has its own entrance, and the braai areas are separate, with two in the garden featuring gazebos and two on the balcony with Weber gas braais.

The establishment never accommodates more than 14 guests at a time to avoid overcrowding. The Wi-Fi has been upgraded, allowing for the installation of Netflix and DSTV in the two upstairs units (C and D), while the two downstairs units have the full DSTV package. Pets are welcome, but only two small dogs are permitted. The owner's daughter operates a day spa in town, and appointments can be arranged.

Glen House Self Catering Knysna Unit D is owned by an elderly couple who loves having children as guests. The area is considered safe, and children have ample space to play. Load shedding is not a problem, as the lights, TV, and WiFi remain operational. The unit features a double bed and a bunk bed in the living area, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, internet, TV, fan, heater, and tea/coffee facilities. There is also a large Weber gas braai on the balcony overlooking the garden, and covered parking is available.
