Glory Hill Country Manor, nestling above the village of White River and located 30 kilometers from the Kruger National Park, offers visitors a chance to relax and immerse themselves in the grandeur of the Lowveld region, surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The main house was designed by the renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker as a country retreat for a pioneering mining magnate, reflecting the history of White River and the Lowveld through its original wooden trusses and vaulted ceilings.

The lodge provides a homely atmosphere with two lounges and vibrant, terraced tropical and indigenous gardens surrounding the premises. Guests can explore the nearby attractions at daybreak, such as the Kruger National Park, the historic town of Pilgrim's Rest, the breathtaking God's Window viewpoint, or the various hiking trails in the area. The lodge is strategically situated to discover the many delights of the Lowveld region.

After an exciting day of exploration, guests can return to the lodge and unwind at the guest bar and observation deck while reviving themselves with a favorite cocktail as the sun sets over the valley below. Dinner at Glory Hill Country Manor is a gourmet experience of expertly prepared country cooking by the hostess Tracy and her staff.

The lodge accommodates a maximum of 12 guests per day in tastefully furnished private rooms with all amenities, set within beautiful gardens. Facilities include a swimming pool, gardens teeming with a variety of bird life for birdwatchers, and a television lounge. Well-appointed twin rooms with private bathrooms and special garden views are available.
