Glyndale Sands 402

Glyndale Sands 402 is an ultra-modern ground-floor self-catering apartment located in the secure Glyndale Sands complex in Uvongo, a quaint seaside resort town on KwaZulu-Natal's Hibiscus Coast. The apartment is situated in a friendly town with a relaxed holiday atmosphere, with un-spoilt beaches and lush subtropical vegetation adding to the immense natural beauty. Guests can spend lazy days on the beach or explore the animal sanctuaries, restaurants, shops, nature reserves, and golf courses in the area.

The complex has gate access to the beach, and a short stroll which is wheelchair friendly. The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with a flat-screen smart TV with premium DStv channels, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and twin washbasins. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bath towels are provided for six guests.

The ultra-modern Chef's kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer combo, a Defy oven, four-plate glass stove, double-door fridge-freezer with Ice maker, microwave with grill function, and ample cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted 75-inch flat-screen Smart TV with premium DStv channels. Ceiling fans are available in the lounge and all the bedrooms.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area ideal for relaxing and entertaining, with outdoor patio furniture, dining furniture, and braai facilities. The patio overlooks a grassed area and offers sea views. The complex is secure and features a communal braai area and swimming pools, one of which is solar heated. Undercover parking is available for a car, and guest parking is available for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.

Borehole water is available, and gas is supplied for the braai area and cooking. Lights in the bedrooms are rechargeable globes, and there is an inverter that keeps the TV and DStv on during load shedding.
