Goose Valley Golf Estate-Unit B5 is an upper floor, north-facing, self-catering, two-bedroom apartment located in a large, well-established, eco-friendly and secure residential golf estate. The apartment is designed to accommodate four guests comfortably and offers a stunning panoramic view across the Gary Player designed golf course to the Tsitsikamma Mountains beyond. It is fully furnished, comprising a lounge with premium DStv and WiFi, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious shaded balcony with Weber braai, patio table and chairs, and two sunloungers.

The estate features a top-class 18-hole golf course, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, a squash court, children's play areas, cycle paths, and access to water sports, boating, and fishing along the beaches of the Keurbooms lagoon, all within walking distance of the Market Square shopping center. Guests are offered free use of full sets of golf clubs and pull trolleys, tennis racquets, a fully-equipped camping cot, and a stroller pram. A motorized golf cart is also available for a reasonable fee through the estate's administration office.

The estate provides safe jogging and cycling paths, two tennis courts, squash courts, and access to safe beaches. Various bird, game, animal, reptile, and fun parks and sanctuaries are located within short driving distances from the estate. The area offers breathtaking views of the Keurbooms Lagoon, the Indian Ocean, the Tsitsikamma Mountains, and the Robberg Peninsula, complemented by the beauty of the natural fynbos, indigenous and coniferous trees, and an abundance of animal and bird life. The Gary Player signature par-72, 18-hole course is in pristine condition, enhanced by a driving range with practice chipping, putting, and bunker facilities. The clubhouse features a fine restaurant, bar, and a well-stocked pro-shop offering cart and club hire.

The apartment itself is comfortable, well-furnished, fully equipped, and very popular. The lounge and kitchen are open-plan, with the kitchen featuring a dishwasher and microwave oven. The lounge has a radio, DVD player, and television, with another television in the main bedroom. An inverter keeps the television, WiFi, and a table lamp alive during load-shedding. The king-size main bedroom en-suite has a shower, while the second bedroom has twin single beds, and the second bathroom has a shower over the bath. Bed linen, blankets, toiletries, and plenty of towels and beach towels are provided, and full personal laundry facilities are available in the adjacent garage. Car parking is in the adjacent shaded carport, and security on the estate is excellent.

Exit cleaning and laundry are included, but interim servicing of the unit and changing of bed linen are chargeable extras. DStv and fiber-optic WiFi are also included, and there are DVDs, books, magazines, and games available. The kitchen is stocked with teas and coffees, and the bathrooms have sanitary toiletries. On the spacious, shaded balcony, north-facing and overlooking the golf course, there is a Weber braai, a patio table and chairs, and two deckchairs. Books and puzzles for young children are also available, and the use of a fully-equipped camping cot and a stroller pram is offered free of charge.
