Goose Valley W3 is a ground floor apartment located in an upmarket security resort with immaculately manicured gardens, lawns, and a golf course. The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Robberg Beach, and the lagoon. The 44-hectare estate is fully security fenced with 24-hour patrols and is situated just 2 km from the Market Square shopping complex and 1 km from Lookout Beach, one of the 10 Blue Flag beaches in South Africa.

The resort features an 18-hole Gary Player designed golf course, which is ranked in the top 50 by Golf Digest in South Africa. The golf course has a clubhouse, a pro shop, a ladies bar, driving range, putting green, and chipping green, as well as The Verandah restaurant. Other sports facilities include tennis courts, a squash court, and ample space for jogging and walking in the gardens. The resort is a great venue for bicycles, with plenty of safe roads and pathways for the younger ones.

The apartment is situated just 50 m from the fenced swimming pool, offering a spectacular view. The living area can accommodate six people and features a TV and a DStv decoder (DStv is optional and can be activated at an additional charge). The kitchen dinette seats four guests, and there is an open patio with an outside table and chairs, as well as a Weber kettle braai and a partially covered patio for enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, a tea set, coffee mugs, and all the necessary utensils, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, ironing board, and steam iron. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite shower and toilet, and a sliding door leading to the patio with an ocean view. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The bathroom features a bath, basin, and toilet. All beds are furnished with duvets, linen, extra luxury blankets for cooler months, and heaters in each room. Bath and hand towels are supplied. Unfortunately, bookings for less than 3 nights, matric, student, or Plett Rage bookings are not accepted.
