Gooseberry Lodge Guest House provides accommodation, meals, and service tailored to guests' budgets and personal needs. The emphasis is placed on friendly reception and making guests feel at home, rather than gimmicks and unnecessary luxuries.

The guest house offers three levels of service: Top Level Service with two comfortable, luxury rooms aimed at discerning guests; Standard Level Service with three standard rooms for those who want to relax without fuss; and Contractor's Level Service with two duplex units consisting of four rooms, suitable for groups on a low budget. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private entrances, providing a comfortable and familiar environment without excessive extras.

The guest house operates on a first-reserved, first-served basis, subject to availability upon acceptance. Specific room requests cannot be guaranteed, but guests will be allocated the best available room with a full description of the facilities. Meals are optional and not included in the room tariff. A full English breakfast is served at R85 per person, and a full dinner is served at R155 per person, with more economical options available.

Additional amenities include covered parking, color TV with two DSTV channels in the rooms, tea and coffee-making facilities, credit card machine, telephone, free WiFi, fax, email, laundry service, car wash, and a tennis court. Guests are requested to provide their mobile telephone numbers and any special dietary requirements.
