Gourits River Guest Farm

The Gourits River Guest Farm is an operational agricultural establishment offering diverse accommodation options along the Gourits River. The property features a guest house, a glamping unit, and camping facilities, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the natural splendor of the Garden Route region. Guests can experience the Aloe Ferox harvesting process, sample local Fynbos Honey, and observe the area's rich flora and renowned bird life.

The guest house comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an en-suite room and a family room with both double and twin beds. It features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, deck with lapa, outside fireplace, swimming pool, dining area, and washing machine, accommodating up to six guests. The unique glamping option consists of a renovated caravan connected to a wooden cabin, complete with a stone-built bathroom, wooden patio, kitchenette, and can host up to four guests with a double bed and sleeper couch.

The property offers eco-camping spots with communal bathrooms and fireplaces, some with electrical connections. Recreational amenities include a pool area, river access (subject to water levels), island climbing opportunities, and various outdoor activities. Each camping site can accommodate up to six guests, providing an authentic outdoor experience within the working farm environment.
