Granny Dots Country Spot

Granny Dot's Country Spot is a guest house located on an avocado farm, situated 16km from Tzaneen. It is owned by Helena and Estelle, who look forward to welcoming guests to their warm and friendly accommodation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with crisp white bedding and each room having its own unique atmosphere. Every room features a patio from which guests can enjoy the fantastic view of the Wolkberg mountains.

The guest house offers a variety of room options, including a Family Room comprising two lovely spacious bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There are also triple rooms, king rooms, and self-catering rooms available, all with spectacular views. The Standard Double Room is a cozy room overlooking the beautiful garden. Guests can feel relaxed in the inviting and friendly atmosphere. The self-catering units are fully equipped to meet all self-catering needs and have spacious patios from where the Wolkberg Mountains can be seen.

Granny Dot's Country Spot features a rich bird life as well as various small game species such as samango monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons, porcupines, bush pigs, civit cats, side-striped jackals, white-tailed mongooses, and large and small spotted genets. The guest house offers two rooms with fireplaces, providing a romantic setting where couples can watch the stars at night from private patios, and candlelight dinners can be arranged.

For families, there is a family room where parents and children can stay close to each other. Children can also enjoy playing in the pool on sunny summer days. The Family Room features two lovely spacious bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
