Greenodd Guesthouse

The Greenodd Guesthouse is a beautifully thatched cottage located in the heart of Pretoria. It offers stylish and affordable accommodation for both business and international travelers in three elegant, spacious rooms. The guesthouse is situated within walking distance of the Union Buildings, Church Square, and Paul Kruger House, and is just a five-minute drive from restaurants, bars, and shopping centers.

All rooms are en-suite and equipped with satellite TV and coffee/tea making facilities. The guesthouse features a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living room with an alarm system, a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and a Hi-Fi system. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool with a deck area and braai (bar-b-q), as well as a secure double garage.

Additional services offered by the Greenodd Guesthouse include transfers to and from the airport, bus, and train stations upon request, a laundry service available during the week, and telephone, fax, and internet services available on request. The guesthouse also provides wireless internet access, and additional beds can be arranged upon request.

The guesthouse has three types of rooms available. One room features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, and toilet. Another room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The third room offers a single bed (with an additional bed available upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. All rooms are serviced daily.

The entire cottage can be rented as a whole and can comfortably accommodate up to six adults.
