Groenrivier is a country venue located in the heart of the Riebeeck West valley, one of the most picturesque valleys in the Cape region. The venue comprises six tastefully appointed en-suite rooms, including a separate and private Bridal Suite that has been meticulously designed with fine attention to detail. Groenrivier offers a range of services tailored to individual needs, making it an idyllic setting for weddings, dinner dances, end-of-year functions, or any other special event. The venue features three distinct spaces suitable for weddings or corporate functions. The charming Groenrivier Function Centre is the jewel of the property, offering panoramic views of the valley and accommodating up to 200 guests. The rustic ambiance of Die Ou Kelder caters to smaller gatherings of up to 60 guests, while the recently refurbished De Oude Stal can host up to 80 guests with wonderful views of the Kasteelberg. For the ultimate romantic wedding ceremony, Groenrivier has an open-air chapel located in a beautiful leafy garden, providing a picture-perfect backdrop for capturing cherished photographic memories.
