Habibi 1

Habibi 1 is a modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped house situated in close proximity to all amenities and only 350 meters from the Voorstrand beach, which is approximately a five to eight minute walk. The house features two bedrooms, both en-suite, a study with a sleeper couch, and a guest toilet, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to six people.

The main bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen-size bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area with an open-plan bath, shower, and private toilet. The second bedroom, situated downstairs, has a king-size bed (or two twin beds), a private patio with a hammock, a bar fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities, along with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a loft/study with a sleeper couch, providing space for those who need to work, play, or require extra sleeping accommodation.

The rest of the house is beautifully decorated with an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The lounge features large stack doors leading to an outside braai area, making it ideal for entertaining or spending a relaxing evening with family or friends.
