The lower floor features another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan lounge and dining area. The dining area has double doors leading to the pool and open-plan lapa, where guests can enjoy partial sea views. Additionally, there is a built-in outdoor braai and portable braai facilities.

The premises are fenced, and although there is no garage, there is a carport with ample parking space for two extra vehicles. The home is equipped with an alarm system and laser beam security. Hadeda Roost is ideal for those seeking a sea holiday, but guests are requested to keep noise levels down as the house is located on a hill, and sound can travel.
