Hakuna Matata Game Farm

Hakuna Matata Game Farm provides a tranquil self-catering retreat located approximately 20 kilometers from the ocean. The property features three self-catering cottages, two accommodating four guests each and one accommodating six guests. All cottages are fully equipped with necessary amenities, including bedding and towels, and feature deck areas overlooking a waterhole.

The facility offers both shared and private braai areas for each cottage. To ensure a peaceful environment, the cottages intentionally exclude televisions and radios, though free WiFi is available despite limited cellphone reception. The game farm provides various activities, including pre-bookable game drives and bass fishing at the main house dam. The establishment maintains a no-pets policy.

A unique "farmer's game drive" allows guests to experience close encounters with wildlife. The farm environment is conducive to outdoor activities such as walking, running, and cycling. The cottage decks provide views of wildlife visiting the dam, and the area boasts rich birdlife. The freestanding cottages or private entrances ensure guest privacy and promote quality family time.

In addition to the farm cottages, Hakuna Matata offers a Beach House Apartment situated in the Nature-on-Sea, Glentana security complex, just 40 meters from the beach. This property features a private boardwalk to the beach, sea-view deck, open-plan lounge, indoor braai, kitchenette, and two bathrooms. A separate room for teenagers and an outdoor shower are additional amenities. The Beach Apartment accommodates up to nine persons in three bedrooms, including a teen room with a separate entrance, all within a secure, gated community.
