Hangklip House is an old radar station that was used during World War II. It was constructed at its current location specifically for the view it offers. The establishment now operates as a self-catering holiday house that can accommodate up to 8 people and enjoys breathtaking views of the ocean and lighthouses.

This private and homely house is situated right in the midst of nature. It features three bedrooms and an open-plan lounge and dining room. For larger bookings, the adjacent flat is also included, featuring an open-plan layout with a queen-sized bed and a single bed. Additionally, there is another unattached small bedroom with a double bed available. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the dining room leads out onto a lath-roofed patio at the back of the house with braai facilities, making it perfect for evening barbecues. The upstairs flat has a pool table and a dartboard.

The house is located only 1 km from the beach and offers a panoramic view over False Bay, allowing guests to see three lighthouses from the premises. While the house is accessible with any vehicle, high-range vehicles are recommended, although a 4x4 is not necessary. The latest addition to the house is a wood-burning hot tub with a spectacular view of the ocean, available exclusively to guests upon request.

Being situated up in the mountain, there is virtually no traffic or people in the area. The beach is clean and relatively private, making it suitable for swimming, sunbathing, kitesurfing, and snorkeling. The house has two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. The living room includes either a double bed or two single beds, depending on the guests' request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
