The home is designed for indoor-outdoor living, making it ideal for a beach holiday getaway. It can accommodate two families, an extended family, or blended families. There is open parking for two to three cars, and the property is secured with fencing, a gate, beams, an alarm, and armed response. Amenities include DSTV, Wi-Fi, an inverter, serviced accommodation, a secure environment, a pool, and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

At the front of the house, there is a large open deck with tables and a surf-board bar for early evening cocktails or dining under the stars with the sound of crashing waves. At the back of the house, there is a large covered entertainment area with comfortable lounge and dining areas for windy days and nights or for evening braais, with braai facilities provided. This area also features a beautiful netted pool with loungers for sunbathing.

Inside the house, there is a lovely lounge/TV lounge with DSTV, a second bar for socializing, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet.

The property can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably, with a maximum of 9 adults and 4 children under 10 years old. There are four bedrooms, all en-suite with air conditioning, built-in cupboards, hangers, and all linens, towels, and beach towels provided. All bedrooms open onto spacious verandas. It is important to note that groups of adults are not permitted, and the property caters for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed, and no pets are permitted.

Additional charges include a daily staff levy of R250 and a breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, which is refundable if there are no breakages.
