Harbour View Lodge

Harbour View Lodge is positioned on the slopes of the Hottentots Holland Mountain range, overlooking the magnificent False Bay, which is the largest bay in Africa. The view stretches from Cape Point, Simons Town, Table Mountain to beyond the harbour at Gordons Bay and the road leading to Hermanus along the coast. The Lodge offers five luxury bedrooms, two with double beds and three with king-size beds that can be separated into single beds upon request. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, and a spectacular sea view overlooking False Bay and Table Mountain.

The rooms are fully equipped with DStv, tea and coffee trays, fridges, ceiling fans, bathroom toiletries, and towels. The Lodge provides free wireless internet access. It is situated two minutes away from the popular and secluded Bikini Beach and five to ten minutes from other larger beaches. Picturesque coastal walks and mountain hikes are available in the area. The Lodge is 15 minutes from Somerset West and shopping facilities, and 25 minutes away from Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, and the cable car to the top of Table Mountain.

Harbour View Lodge can accommodate up to 100 guests and offers a unique setting, making it the perfect venue for romantic getaways. There are several golf courses within a 10km radius. The Lodge is child-friendly, and the staff enjoys spending time with children, playing games, and engaging in other activities. It is a short 15-minute walk from Bikini Beach and features a 360-degree panoramic view of the bay, with lovely swimming conditions during the summer months. One of the tastefully decorated double rooms with an en-suite bathroom is situated on the upper floor and is wheelchair accessible. This room has access to all public areas, including the Wine Garden and shared balcony lounge area.
