Hayward's Safari House

The Hayward's Safari House is an elegantly appointed villa situated within the Bobbejaansberg Private Nature Reserve, which serves as the headquarters for Hayward's Safaris. It is located a few kilometers from the Dinokeng Big 5 Reserve, Cullinan, and Roodeplaat Dam hub, approximately 80 kilometers from OR Tambo International Airport. The villa offers stunning views over the magnificent Boekenhoutskloof valley, providing an ideal setting for a quick, stress-free getaway where guests can enjoy peace, privacy, and tranquility.

The Safari House features three bedrooms, with the main bedroom boasting a Jacuzzi bath. There are two bathrooms and additional showers, an East African reading room, a Persian lounge, an upstairs six-seater classic dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bush villa can accommodate up to six guests (three couples) comfortably, with space for up to four children under the age of 12. The rooms can be configured as twin or double beds. While there is no TV, guests can enjoy the National Geographic and Discovery Channels right outside in 3D. During the summer months, a mobile safari porta-pool is provided. Renowned Hayward's Spa treatments are offered under canvas around the oasis, perfect for over-stressed executives. Towels and luxury amenities are provided, and the villa is fully serviced daily.

Guests can choose between a self-catered option or a fully catered safari experience, all presented in a 5-star safari chic style. Upon request, a therapist can be arranged to provide outdoor spa treatments under the tree canopies in the lush garden or in the privacy of the villa. Pamper days can be organized. Local game drives are available for viewing plains game, and guided Big 5 game drives within the Dinokeng Game Reserve can be booked. The Pebble Rock golf course is located 15 kilometers away, and the Cullinan Golf course is approximately 30 kilometers from the property.

Children can enjoy cycling, playing in the large garden or mobile pool, engaging in board games or the provided art kit. Activities such as horseback riding, game drives, guided walks, and fly fishing can be arranged to keep children entertained. Babysitting services are also available upon request.
