Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining rooms share a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas and electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Additionally, there is a washing-up room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, freezer, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The open-plan dining and living area includes a bar, built-in braai, bar fridge, pool table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, radio, CD player, and beautiful sea views.

The house offers an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which is ideal for rinsing after a day at the beach. The property also features an armed response alarm system and covered parking. Guests can enjoy the sunset from an enclosed private balcony. The Gansbaai 18-hole golf course is a 5-minute drive away. The house is in close proximity to the beach and has a wall surrounding it, providing a safe environment for babies and children. It is situated 8 meters from the sea, and rock pools are available for children to explore. Fishing opportunities are accessible right at the doorstep, and there is a boat launching bay nearby.

The accommodation consists of the following room configurations: Room 1 has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and an enclosed balcony upstairs. Room 2 has two 3/4 beds with an en-suite bathroom. Room 3 has two single beds that share a full bathroom. Room 4 has two single beds that share a bathroom. Additionally, there is an open landing upstairs with two single beds.
