Helianthus is an apartment situated on the first floor in Clifton. It offers spectacular sea and beach views from its balcony, as well as views of the Twelve Apostle mountain range. The apartment has one bedroom that is furnished with a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a fridge-freezer. The lounge area features a comfortable sleeper couch and a TV with DStv, and it opens onto the furnished balcony.

Wireless Internet access is provided via a Cell C dongle, and the apartment is serviced once a week. Additional help is available upon request, and guests have access to a parking bay. Due to reserved access for apartment owners, Helianthus provides direct access to the quiet First Beach. Its location on the ocean side of the road allows guests to indulge in various water sports and activities, or visit the numerous restaurants, cafu00e9s, and pubs in the area. The surrounding areas offer a wide range of entertainment and activities, including golfing, hiking, wine tours, and shopping.
