Henk Van Rooyen Park

Henk Van Rooyen Park is a resort situated in Marloth Park, a wildlife sanctuary. The resort provides accommodation options for guests, including chalets, rondavels, and caravan stands located along the river bank. The chalets and rondavels are furnished with double or single beds and can accommodate four to six people. There are 10 roofed caravan stands, each with a private braai area. The resort has shared upgraded ablution facilities and a scullery room with showers for the chalets, rondavels, and caravan stands. Additionally, the resort features a lovely pool.

Marloth Park forms part of the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park, located near Komatipoort. Residents of Marloth Park are not permitted to fence their properties, allowing for unique experiences such as waking up to find bushbucks, hippos, or even elephants in the vicinity as they frequent the Crocodile River. Lions have also been spotted in the area from time to time.

Henk Van Rooyen Park aims to provide guests with an exciting or relaxing stay, depending on their preferences. The resort offers 17 caravan stands, each with a private braai area, and is situated close to the Kruger National Park, allowing guests to enjoy regular visits to the park. The camping sites are shaded, with paved areas, power and water outlets, and braai areas with river views. The ablution facilities are serviced daily, including the braai areas.
