The double-story house comprises three bedrooms on the second floor and can accommodate six guests at a time, with no extra guests allowed for sleepovers. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee and tea-making facilities, crockery, and cutlery. The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a TV with full DStv available upon request and paid by guests. The house features private braai/BBQ facilities where guests can enjoy preparing meals together. Secure, off-street parking is available for guests' vehicles. Pre-paid electricity (paid by guests) and pocket WiFi are also available.

The house is located close to the beach, only 7 km from George Airport and 10 km from the town of George, situated halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. It is perfect for honeymoon couples who can enjoy the sunset on their own balcony with a 180-degree sea/Indian Ocean view. The Garden Route offers a multitude of activities, including Oubaai Golf Course, which is only 2 km away, as well as golf courses in George and Mossel Bay. The house is ideal for a group of friends, a family, or golfers, but only six guests (plus two if arranged) are allowed for self-catering accommodation. The property offers 24-hour security and views of the Outeniqua Strand, the Indian Ocean, the mountains, the gorge, the street, and the village.
