Hillsview Villa

Hillsview Villa, situated in the captivating Ballito Village on the Dolphin Coast, offers accommodation for up to ten guests. The villa features five double-volume, air-conditioned rooms, each providing breathtaking views of the beach and ocean.

The central open-plan living area on the middle level encompasses a cozy lounge, a dining table that can accommodate ten guests and convert into a pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen, all graced with panoramic ocean vistas. Two outdoor patios extend from this level, one offering spectacular sea views and the other providing a wind-sheltered poolside atmosphere.

Culinary enthusiasts can indulge in outdoor cooking with a Weber gas braai, a charcoal/wood braai, and a fire boma available on the premises. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size extra-length bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen-size extra-length bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony with scenic views of the ocean, beach, and surf.

On the lower level, three additional bedrooms await. The third bedroom offers a queen-size extra-length bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom also has a queen-size extra-length bed and a bathroom with a shower across the passage. The fifth bedroom on this level is equipped with two single beds and shares a bathroom with a bath located next door. All three bedrooms on the lower level open onto the lower deck.

Willard Beach, the main swimming and surfing beach, is a mere 4-minute walk from the villa via the beach access gate. The Dolphin Coast's unspoiled tropical beaches offer year-round protected swimming, and guests can engage in various activities such as jogging, fishing, surfing, mountain biking at Holla trails, golfing, or simply relaxing.

The villa features an automatic battery backup power supply, limited to lighting, living area TV, Fiber/Wi-Fi routers, and plugs for charging laptops and phones. The downstairs Jacuzzi has been disconnected due to load shedding complications. Secure shady parking is available on the property, excluding the garage and carport. A secluded garden cottage with a permanent tenant is present on the property but not visible from the villa.
