Additionally, all rooms received additional chairs for use on the balconies and at the desks, and the bathrooms were painted and received new grouting. DSTV channels were added, and a new elevator was installed. The hotel launched a community beach clean-up initiative to ensure a better beach experience and implemented security measures to prevent alcohol use on public beaches. A gymnasium was also added, which guests can use free of charge.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the West Coast, offering guests the opportunity to wake up to a spectacular sunrise over the water and spend the day on the beach or exploring the surrounding towns. It is located 150km from Cape Town International Airport and 7.2 km from the Saldanha Airstrip, and 10.7km from the West Coast Mall, within walking distance of shopping centers.

The Eigebraai Restaurant is situated on the 3rd floor of the hotel, providing a 360u00b0 view of Saldanha and the harbor. It serves home-made local cuisine with wines from award-winning South African wineries, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a bar and lounge area for sundowners.
