Hornbill Private Lodge is a self-catering lodge situated within the 12,500 hectare Big 5 Mabalingwe Nature Reserve. It is designed for family-oriented guests, offering a discrete and private experience. The lodge comprises three bedrooms and a large living space, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate six people.

The lodge features a main bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. It is equipped with a fully fitted indoor kitchen and a separate pantry. The open-plan lounge and dining room area includes DStv for entertainment. Outdoor facilities include three lapas, serving as a bush pub, breakfast lapa, and outdoor kitchen-dining room. Covered parking is available for three vehicles.

Guests at Hornbill Private Lodge have full access to the facilities of Mabalingwe Nature Reserve.
