House Cottage and Contractors Manor are self-catering units situated on the owner's property located on the outskirts of Vereeniging in Mooilande, an agricultural community of Meyerton. The units are located in a haven of peace and tranquility, catering to business people and contractors alike. The accommodation can accommodate a total of 14 adults, comprising of a House and a Cottage.

The Cottage can accommodate 2 adults and features a single bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a washbasin. Additional amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with stools, and a lounge area with a comfortable suite and a flat-screen TV.

The House can accommodate 12 adults and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. It offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with stools, a dining room, and a lounge with a comfortable suite, a home theatre system with a flat-screen and a box TV.

The Contractor's Manor is suitable for 13 guests and has 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with 5 single beds and a three-quarter bed each, while the third bedroom has a three-quarter bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom, and bedroom 3 (Supervisor room) has its own bathroom. All rooms share the kitchen. The Manor features a total of 4 showers, 3 toilets, 3 basins, wardrobes for each bed, an equipped kitchen, a heavy-duty washing machine, and 3 smart televisions.

The Supervisor room within the Contractor's Manor comprises a smart TV, a three-quarter bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, and a shower. This room is in the same building as the Contractor's Manor but separate from the two six-sleeper rooms.
