HoyoHoyo Koeltehuis Farm Estate is an establishment located in the town of Kiepersol, situated between White River and Hazyview. It is a working avocado farm, known as Koeltehof, that offers a rustic and charming experience for visitors. The estate features three fully furnished cottages, with two of them being thatched, adding an authentic touch to the accommodation.

Each cottage has two elegantly appointed en-suite bedrooms, catering to a maximum of four guests. The cottages provide a private and serene environment, making them suitable for a weekend getaway or an extended retreat of up to a month.
