Hubbly Bubbly

Hubbly Bubbly is a secure, fully equipped, seafront family home located in Ramsgate, a picturesque seaside village on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, South Africa, known as the Hibiscus Coast. The area features a warm subtropical climate and warm ocean waters, as well as a Blue Flag Beach, year-round. It is situated in close proximity to several golf courses, including Margate Golf Course, Southbroom Golf Course, Selborne Golf Course, and Sanlameer Golf Course. Hubbly Bubbly is located within 100m from Ramsgate Main Beach and offers 180 degrees of gorgeous sea views.

Hubbly Bubbly is a comfortable family home that sleeps 15 people and is just a short walk away from the famous Waffle House, numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops. The house has a spacious flow over three levels and contains two double bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. Furthermore, there are two large bedrooms with six and four single beds, respectively, sharing a full family bathroom and a separate toilet. All the bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling built-in-cupboards and large windows to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the beautiful Kwazulu Natal South Coast views.

The large living area is open plan and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, two fridges, all basic kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery, and glasses enough to feed an army. The kitchen is finished with granite tops and a breakfast counter with bar stools. The open plan living area also encompasses a comfy lounge with a flat-screen TV and full DSTV bouquet, as well as a 10-seater dining room table and serving buffet. The open plan living area flows out to the balcony, where you will find a built-in-braai and some outdoor furniture to enjoy the magnificent Ramsgate sunsets and perhaps catch a glimpse of a school of dolphins or whales passing by.

Direct beach access is acquired via the front garden's sloped lawn and a short walk alongside the Ramsgate tidal pool. An outside shower is available after a day of sand, surf, and fun in the sun. Secure parking is available off-street in a double garage with a parking bay behind lockable steel sliding gates for an additional two vehicles. Linen is provided, but towels are not. Domestic and laundry services are available at an additional charge.
