Huis Langbaai

A spacious and private villa located in the peaceful seaside town of Hermanus. The villa can accommodate up to 12 adults and children and is situated within walking distance of beaches. It is presented as an ideal option for family holidays.

The two-level villa consists of five bedrooms, with four of them located on the lower entrance level along with an open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area. The lounge area is comfortable, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher for convenience. The lower level also features French doors leading to a walled garden with seating under trees.

The upper level offers views of the Hermanus mountains and a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue for relaxed entertaining. The lounge area on this level has fold-back glass doors leading to the terrace, along with comfortable seating, a collection of books, and a pool table for entertainment. The master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, is also situated on the upper level.

On the lower level, one bedroom has a double bed, two have two single beds each, and one has two sets of bunk beds, suitable for children. Two of the lower-level bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two share a bathroom. Additional bathroom facilities include two with showers and one with a shower and bath, as well as a guest toilet.

The villa is private and safe, with a 5-minute stroll to two main beaches in the area. It is located an hour's drive from Cape Town International Airport and is presented as an excellent addition to a Garden Route itinerary.
