Hutchinson Villa

The Hutchinson Villa is a modern home located in Camps Bay, offering panoramic ocean and mountain views. A tranquil getaway suitable for families or intimate gatherings with friends, situated in a naturally beautiful environment.

Upon entering the villa, there is a lush garden leading to a sleek tiled flight of steps that take visitors into a trendy open-plan area. To the left, there is a dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people, with air conditioning available for comfort during the summer months. The dining room connects to a jacuzzi and sauna room, where guests can relax and enjoy the view.

The terrace features an outdoor pool, gas barbecue, and a stunning view of the mountain on the left and the ocean in front. A wooden platform with comfortable sun beds and loungers allows guests to soak up the sun and watch the waves crashing against the shore. The terrace is surrounded by a short railing for safety and has another staircase leading to a large lawn, perfect for hosting intimate gatherings or providing a play area for children.

The villa is conveniently located close to Camps Bay beach. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning designed to resemble modern art. Room 1 has a queen bed, room 2 has a double bed, and room 3 has a single bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have a king bed. There are two en-suite bathrooms.
