The Ikaia River Lodge is a fisherman and nature lover's paradise located near Keimoes, a town in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. It is situated 40 kilometers from Upington on the main road between Keimoes and Cape Town. The lodge is conveniently located close to several national parks and tourist destinations, including the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, Augrabies Falls National Park, Riemvasmaak, Namaqualand, Upington, Namibia, Kenhardt, Johannesburg, and Bloemfontein.

The accommodation at Ikaia River Lodge comprises six double en-suite rooms. Two of these rooms have double beds, while the remaining four rooms have a self-catering kitchenette and private barbecue facilities. All units are equipped with air-conditioners and are designed with style and elegance to provide a comfortable and homely atmosphere.

Keimoes is a small town with a population of less than 10,000 people. It is located on an island in the Gariep Orange River, approximately 45 kilometers southwest of Upington and 40 kilometers east of Kakamas. Despite the arid environment, the town is green due to irrigation from the Gariep River.
