The Ikaia River Lodge is a fisherman and nature lover's paradise located near Keimoes, a town in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. It is situated 40 kilometers from Upington on the main road between Keimoes and Cape Town. The lodge is conveniently located close to several national parks and tourist destinations, including the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, Augrabies Falls National Park, Riemvasmaak, Namaqualand, Upington, Namibia, Kenhardt, Johannesburg, and Bloemfontein.

The accommodation at Ikaia River Lodge comprises six double en-suite rooms.
